Waterbridge provides pension and investment solutions, with the vision of giving everyone the opportunity for a more financially comfortable future. As an independent IFA, they’re invested in all of their relationships, and this bears out in their personal approach and jargon-free process.

Partnering with marketing agency Kirsty Franks Marketing, we worked with Waterbridge Financial Planning to understand where they wanted to take their business, having recently gone through a buy-out, prompting the need for a rebrand in line with their new vision for the business. We helped them establish their brand strategy, looking at everything from vision to their values.

From this we were able to arrive at their brand proposition: We always find the right [financial] solution, not the easy solution. And we looked at their ‘why’ - because they genuinely care - which fed into our human-centric approach that positioned the brand at the heart of key family financial decisions, and focused on the benefit of their services, not the product.

The logo features a W made up of connected people - Waterbridge and their client - working together for the best possible financial outcome. This W then became integral to the visual identity, with it being used across everything from an aperture for framing imagery to a signifier for the brand.
