The Private Physiotherapy Educational Foundation (PPEF) is a charitable trust whose overall aim is the advancement of education in the field of physiotherapy.
They promote and fund research and educational opportunities into physiotherapy that will benefit physiotherapists, their patients and the public.
A positioning report and corresponding survey findings from highlighted some key marketing communication challenges that the trust needed to overcome. These included
Low awareness and lack of brand name recall
Little clarity around the organisations purpose
Poorly performing marketing communications including the website
Inconsistent brand communications
We created a strong and recognisable brand identity that reflected the quality, values and positioning of PPEF, and in turn allowed PPEF to connect with a broader audience, whilst strengthening its existing relationships.
